针对两栖登陆作战卫勤保障特点及难点，笔者通过文献查阅、基层调研、专家咨询、问卷调查、总结归纳等手段，探索其方式方法。从建立高效卫勤指挥、医疗后送体系、现代化卫勤机动分队和医疗救治模块，加强群众性战伤救治技术训练，加快医疗后送运输装备研发和卫勤信息化系统建设等方面提出了建议。从理论层面解决两栖登陆作战医疗后送组织实施中存在的问题，对进一步提升两栖登陆作战卫勤保障能力具有指导意义。

To promote theoratically the medical support ability of amphibious landing operations. Through the access of literature review, investigation at grass-root units, expert consultation, questionnaire survey and summary and induction, the modes and methods of medical support for amphibious landing operations are explored in detail, concerning the features and difficulties of medical support in such operations. Suggestions are recommended from the perspectives of establishing efficient medical support command and medical evacuation system, as well as mobile modern medical support units and medical treatment modules, strengthening mass technical training of combat injury treatment, accelerating the research and development of medical evacuation transport systems and construction of medical support informatization systems. The problems in the organization and implementation of medical evacuation in amphibious landing operations are theoretically solved, which is of great significance for further enhancement of the medical support ability of amphibious landing operations.
