目的探讨新型医院船列装后的合理使用。方法分析医院船性能及装备,结合近期满负荷演练的情况,并参考文献报道的海上卫勤演练成果加以探讨。结果国产新型医院船具备现代化大型医院船的要求和特点,仍有某些问题,如伤病员无障碍运送、网络系统及重要设备的稳定运行等有待于完善。演练时需予以指挥组足够的授权,此外,周密的计划,相对固定的医疗队人员构成,客观、全面的总结至关重要。通过演练可以获得医院船医护人员编组及医用耗材配备的重要参考数据。结论海上卫勤演练是合理发挥医院船卫勤支援作用的有效手段,伤病员换乘依旧是海上卫勤演练的重点与难点。

Objective To explore reasonable employment of the new type hospital ship in future naval medical support. Methods The exploration was made by means of analyzing the performance and facilities of the hospital ship,considering the capacity of the hospital ship at near full-operating-status and taking account of the achievements in medical service exercises from recent literature reports.Results The new type hospital ship developed by our country could satisfy the demands and had the features of a modern large hospital ship,despite the facts that some problems,such as smooth passage of casualties,the network and the stable operation of important facilities,remained to be improved.In the course of the training,full authority should be given to the command group.In addition, it was equally important that plans should be well projected,staff members assigned to medical teams be fixed and objective and comprehensive summaries be made.Critical indices concerning the organization of medical teams and medical consumables could be obtained through medical support training.Conclusion Medical support training at sea was the effective way to bring the function of the hospital ship into play in naval medical support.However,casualty transfer still remained to be the most difficult and focal points in medical support training at sea.
