输血是战伤严重失血性休克伤员救治的关键环节,血液复苏策略直接影响救治效果。美军采用全血复苏,简化了输血后勤工作,不仅能更快、更方便地抢救伤员,还提高了医疗机构处理大规模伤亡的能力。“移动血库”与野战全血复苏技术成为当前战伤救治和损伤控制复苏领域的热点。本文综述国内外最新文献,介绍外军“移动血库”与野战全血复苏技术研究进展,并为我军卫勤提供启示,以完善未来的血液保障体系。
