目的研究某地区武警内卫部队官兵心理卫生服务需求与利用情况。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法调查武警部队623名官兵的身心健康程度、近1个月心理压力程度、心理压力原因、缓解心理压力途径;心理咨询次数、没有进行心理咨询的原因等。结果武警官兵有32.26%的人有中度及以上身体疼痛/不适,有19.90%的人有中度及以上焦虑/沮丧;18.78%的人近1个月心理压力很大或较大;有66.77%的人没有进行过心理咨询。结论武警官兵心理卫生服务需求量大但利用率低。心理卫生相关部门应及时制定相关政策,调整心理宣教方案,充分利用已搭建好的各种心理平台。

Objective To study the need and provision of the mental health service in a certain unit of the Armed Police.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling survey was made on the 623 officers and soldiers in a certain unit of the Armed Police. The medical data covered a wide range of topics,such as mental health status,psychological stress sustained in recent month,cause of psychological stress,methods of releasing stress,frequency of psychological counseling and reasons for psychological counseling. Results 32. 26% of the officers and soldiers experienced moderate or severe physical pain / discomfort,and 19. 9% of them had moderate or severe anxiety / depression. 18. 87% of them experienced severe or high psychological stress in the recent month,and66. 77% of them did not seek for psychological counseling. Conclusion Study results indicated that there was great demand for mental health service among the Armed Police force,but with low provision. Further efforts are demanded on the part of relevant administration concerning mental health service to develop related policies,adjust propaganda and education programs,and at the same time,take full advantage of the established platforms for mental health.
